Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors first.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll help resolve the issue.
